Frequently asked questions
Orders & delivery
Frames ship in 1–2 business days. Prescription orders take 4–6 business days while we cut and fit your lenses.
Payments
Cards, UPI and net banking are supported at checkout. EMI options are coming soon.
Prescriptions
While selecting lenses you can enter it manually, pick a saved prescription, or choose to submit it later — our optician will follow up before your lenses are cut.
Returns & refunds
Delivered orders can be returned within 14 days. Start a return from the order page — we'll arrange a pickup and refund after inspection.
